Privacy Policy

This policy explains how dimedimebaby.tech ("Dime Dime Baby", "we", "us") handles your information. Questions or deletion requests: support@dimedimebaby.tech.

What we collect

• Your photo, to make your video.
• Your email address, to identify your order and answer support requests.
• Your video, the file we make for you.
• Order details: time, status, amount and the payment reference from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your account, only if you sign in. You can order without an account. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use your email to show the orders paid with it under My videos, so you can find your videos on another device. Only an email address that Google has verified is matched to orders.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address in server logs, and analytics only if you accept cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

How your photo becomes a video

These services process your photo or video for us, only to make and check your order:

• SeeAPI checks every photo for content that is not allowed before you pay. Its policy keeps submitted files and results with no scheduled automatic expiry; we ask SeeAPI to delete them when you request deletion.
• fal runs an image model that turns your photo into a clear front-facing reference picture when needed, and adds our original music to the finished video.
• APIMart runs the video model (ByteDance Seedance). The reference picture is stored in APIMart's private asset library so the model can use it.
• OpenRouter sends your photo to a Google Gemini model that checks it shows a real person and is clear enough, and later sends the finished video and the reference picture to check that the right person was placed in the video.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your photo and video privately.
• Stripe and Link process your payment as described in the Terms of Service.

Other services the site uses:

• Google provides sign-in with Google, if you choose to use it.
• Google Analytics counts visits and how pages are used, only after you accept analytics cookies. Until then its script is not loaded.

We do not sell your information and we do not use your photo or video to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Your photo and your video are deleted from our storage 30 days after your order. Order records without the photo or video (email, amount, dates) are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Copies held by the services above follow their own retention; when you ask us to delete your data, we also ask them to delete the files for your order.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to delete your photo and video before the 30 days are up. Email us with the link to your order page so we can find it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of people under 18 are not allowed.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
